    From the top to the bottom at 1-800-Hosting, there was no responsibility and no character. They tried to pass the blame to us and a possible hacker. At the end of the day we never received a solution or a cause to the problem. They tried to offer us $15 dollar free memory as a result of our thousands of dollars of loss - not to mention failure to deliver services that we paid for at a premium price! They don't care about your business.
  • Hosting Review Gets Our Voice Heard
    We we were looking for a reliable host, so we read reviews online. Unfortunately, there was nothing about 1800Hosting and we were deceived. We we had our problem with 800Hosting and after we were able to get our websites back up, 800Hosting wanted nothing to do with us. With our reviews, we were able to get their attention, but their business reputation was not worth addressing our problem. They didn't care about our 10 websites and several company databases we had hosted.
